This class is an invitation to all to embrace the natural beauty and grace of your body, and let your soul shimmer and shimmy with ancient inspiration. Bellydance offers incredible physical and mental benefits through its organic, flowing movements. Suitable for all levels with multi layer options. Come and experience the magic of Bellydance in a welcoming & truly heart centered dance community.

Meet the Teacher

Paulina Carey is a lifelong dancer whose performances reflect a deeply heart-centered approach to movement. Drawn to music and dance from an early age, she began formal training at six and later studied & performed with a flourishing Middle Eastern ensemble at The University of Santa Barbara. 

With more than 20 years of teaching experience across multiple genres, Paulina has taught and performed in workshops and events both locally and internationally, all while continuing to study and refine her craft—especially within the many styles of Bellydance. Her signature style blends classic Oriental dance combining contemporary and Raks Sharqi, creating a modern fusion uniquely her own.

Paulina has produced several instructional performance videos and previously hosted the creative project Bellydance Television, expanding her reach as both an artist and educator.
